David Schertzing has been serving homeowners since 1975, first as a finishing carpenter, then in 1982 as a home builder for first-time buyers. Since then, David has expanded into custom homes, remodeling and additions, as well as, tailoring homes to the owners’ specific needs. While we do contract with professional trades, you will often find David on site, hammer in hand, ensuring that your new home, remodeling or addition, meets his high professional standards.
